ELECTROHYDRAULIC DRUM BRAKES / Service brakes
Electrohydraulic drum brakes are friction brakes that are mechanically activated by a spring and released by an electro-hydraulic actuator called thrustor. This thrustor is a low-pressure centrifugal pump driven by a three-phase motor.
All models are supplied with a control scale for an easy adjustment of the torque. Electrohydraulic drum brakes can be supplied according to the German, French and American Standards. All the joints are equipped with self-lubricating bushings, and the shafts are made of stainless steel. All our brake shoes are asbestos free.
