Main Features

NHCEN-120 +RA is a hydraulic braking and spring releasing brake. Being a floating braking design it is equipped with a self-aligning system to ensure the proper positioning of the pads and the brake disc. It provides up to 150 KN of clamping force and can be equipped, either with sintered or organic pads, with an easy lining replacement system.

This brake is equipped with a specially designed automatic pad wear adjustment system that ensures an appropriate gap between the disc and the brake pads for a safe operation.

Pad wear detection systems and brake-open detection systems can be supplied as options to the brake and ANTEC can also provide suitable hydraulic power units.
